From VOW, into Envoi
How a couple briefs their pre-wedding send-off inside VOW, and hands it to the crew on Envoi. Every single screen, captured live.
The send-off before the wedding, one for each partner. In VOW it stays light and classy: the couple sets the vibe, their people, and their organiser. Then it hands off to Envoi, where the organiser and the whole crew plan the party together, keeping it a surprise.
Each partner briefs their send-off: the vibe, their people, and who is running it.
One tap sends the organiser a private link to their Envoi dashboard.
The organiser rounds up the crew and plans the whole thing in the app.
The walkthrough
Inside VOW · the couple
A small, calm section in the couple’s Atelier. Two briefs, one per partner.
Each brief is deliberately light. The partner sets the vibe (what they would love), adds their people as a contact-first grid with a live headcount, no RSVP, just every way to reach them, and nominates the organiser. One tap on “Send dashboard to your organiser” fires the magic link. The heavy planning happens on Envoi, so it stays a surprise.
Sending the brief emails the nominated organiser a private, no-signup magic link. They open their Envoi dashboard, already seeded with the vibe and the people, pull the crew in, and the party planning begins.
On Envoi · the crew
Fun, energetic, built around a group message board. This is where the crew makes it happen.
No signup, no password. Pick a name and an emoji, and you are in the room.
Everything centres here. A pinned header carries the brief, the crew and a days-to-go counter; the chat is where planning happens, with reactions and inline cards like a live date poll to vote on.
Pull the crew in through any door, email, a message, or a shareable link. One tap and they land in the board.
One card per part of the plan, each with a live status. The board is always one tap away.
Everyone coming, with every way to reach them, carried straight over from the couple’s brief.
The running order for the weekend, plus the key dates that matter.
Cost per head, and who has chipped in, with a live collected-versus-outstanding bar.
What it is costing, line by line, with a running total.
Collect the vibe. Drop in anything that fits.
Set the dress code and pin a reference or two.
A grab-a-task board for who is doing what, plus the open questions still to settle.
Pitch an idea, the crew hearts it, the best floats to the top.
Where it is all happening, with a jump to Maps.
Everyone on board, at a glance.
Your place in the party.
The couple sets the tone in the calm of VOW; the crew pulls it off in the energy of Envoi. One magic link connects them, and the send-off actually happens.
