VOW

A Wedding Platform Experience

The complete experience, start to finish, every single screen. Captured live from vowmaison.com.

What is VOW?

A planning platform that wedding studios give their couples: a prestige, end-to-end experience that turns wedding planning from scattered admin into something couples remember, and planners control.

The problem

Wedding planning lives in spreadsheets, email threads and shared drives. Couples feel like a project, not a pair of people, and planners drown in repetitive admin, with no single source of truth and no real way to understand a couple before the work begins.

The solution

VOW starts with the couple. Each partner reflects in private through the Heart, so the planner understands them, and where they align, before the first meeting. From there, one shared Atelier holds every part of the wedding in one beautiful place.

The delivery

Invite-only and effortless. The planner registers a couple; each partner gets a private magic link, no account, no password. The couple inputs and reflects; the planner reads, curates and stages the work to the day, unmistakably premium throughout.

How it all overlaps

VOW is one platform with three doors and two hands on it, the client and the planner, that all meet around a single couple.

1

The studio door

The planner registers the couple and runs the back office.

2

The Heart

Each partner enters privately, through a magic link, to reflect.

3

The shared Atelier

Couple and planner meet in one plan view to build the day.

The client and the plan view overlap. The couple inputs, reflects and shapes; the planner reads, guides and locks. Same Atelier, different powers, the couple edits, the planner settles. The plan is the meeting point.
The Heart is the considered front of it all. Its design deliberately gets each partner thinking, privately and unhurried, about the wedding they actually want, before a single decision, and previews the journey of what comes next.
The planner maintains execution and staging. The studio backend is where momentum is held: reading alignment, surfacing what needs attention, and ratcheting the plan forward, stage by stage.

The digital solutions

One platform, seen three ways. The client has their own portal; the planner shares the very same portal, and has a studio backend of their own.

Client

The client portal

Each client has their own portal. They journey through the Heart, then build the plan, and then have a living platform for every part of their wedding, theirs to shape.

Planner

The planner’s portal

The planner shares the very same portal. Every detail the clients put in flows here, where the planner reads it, guides it, and shapes the day alongside them.

Planner

The studio backend

Beyond the shared portal, the planner has their own studio view: a portfolio of every couple, with alignment, budgets, and detailed working pages.

Optional add-ons, and usually run by the crew, not the studio. Each one hands off to Envoi, a separate app, to manage the event.

We need your business expertise

VOW is built to be tailored around your studio. You know the backend operations a wedding business actually runs on, what needs to be set up for a project to succeed, and how to scale it at a macro level across a whole portfolio of weddings. We are more than happy to design and build any additional screens, particularly on the studio side, around the way you work. So tell us: what do you have in mind? Your insight shapes what we build next, and makes this an end-to-end solution genuinely worth using.

VOW — captured live. Every screen above is real.
